At Everyday Ember, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.
1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products (food seasonings and consumable goods), we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for health and safety reasons.
You may be eligible for a return or replacement if:
- The product arrived damaged
- The item you received is incorrect
- The product is defective
- The order was lost or not delivered
To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- Your order arrives damaged
- The wrong product was shipped
- The item is defective
- Your order is unable to be fulfilled
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Damaged in transit
- Defective
- Incorrectly shipped
If you need an exchange for any of these reasons, please contact us with your order details and photos of the issue.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or partially used products
- Perishable or food items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items
- Photos of the packaging (if damaged)
This helps us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
7. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
- Stolen packages after confirmed delivery
